A disgruntled MUNI employee who quibbled with transit managers over an assignment another driver was given parked her car in front of a bus yard gate and blocked buses from heading out on their assigned routes right before the crush of the morning commute in San Francisco Wednesday.

The incident happened at the John M. Woods Motor Coach bus garage at 22nd and Indiana Streets at around 5:30 a.m. when a 21 year veteran and union steward for the transit system identified as Kuvai Muao-Harris kept buses idle during the “morning pull-out” time at the largest and busiest transit yard in the system.
